Who we are

Textiles allow me to create works that explore ideas related to memory, history, time, and mystery. I use both new and repurposed cloth, articles of clothing, paper, dyed and printed materials, hand and machine stitching, and found objects to piece together wall installations that speak to both the universal and the personal. Meaning remains allusive and elusive; symbols and text are sometimes part of the artwork.
